Valeria Zambardi
Valeria has solid experience in various areas of administrative law. Valeria's practice focuses on public procurement, public corporations and services, state property, trade, health, cultural heritage, construction and urban planning, as well as civil law issues related to public administration.
Admitted to the Register of Lawyers practicing before the Superior Courts since 2010, she assists public administrations, public companies, businesses and individuals in both out-of-court and court matters before administrative, civil and audit courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, also as a member of arbitration panels.
Trained at the school of Professor Feliciano Benvenuti, where she worked until 1999, she continued her professional activity at Studio Benvenuti until 2012. She was one of the founders of the firm in 2013.
She is the author of several publications on public procurement. She is a member of the editorial board of the quarterly review of legal doctrine and law "I Contratti dello Stato e degli Enti Pubblici" published by Maggioli and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Feliciano Benvenuti Legal Foundation from 2016 to 2023. She has taught at the Master of Public Administration at the University of Venice Ca' Foscari and provided training at various institutions and at the Venice Bar School.
