Andrea Pavanini
Andrea deals with issues and problems in administrative law and national and international contract law. Andrea's practice focuses on public works and services, environmental and territorial government, and commercial and touristic services.
He trained under Professor Feliciano Benvenuti and collaborated with him for over 20 years. In 1999, he was one of the founding partners of the Law firm Studio Benvenuti.
In 2013 he founded the law firm Pavanini Zambardi Colaiocco & Baldin, where he brings together a group of experienced professionals in administrative, environmental and contract law with different specialisations.
He has been a professor at the Universities of Udine and Venice – Ca’ Foscari and IUAV – since 1986 teaching courses of institutional public law doctrine (Public Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law) and sector-based (Urban planning, Preservation of Cultural Heritage, Social Services, Tourism Law). At the same University of Venice Ca' Foscari, he is a lecturer in the Master in Environmental Law and Public Administration Law.
He completes his professional and academic activities participating as lecturer at conferences, teaching refresher courses for professionals, publication of interventions pertinent to the subjects he deals with.
